An incredibly exciting and unique opportunity to come and work at a new restaurant that opens in January 2019 under the renowned chef, Lee Westcott. The restaurant will offer a refined British showcase which focuses on the seasons and local product, much of which will come from the Netherwood Estate where it is based. We will be offering an a la carte and tasting menu which demonstrate Lee’s signature style of innovative but unpretentious dishes. Lee is looking for a candidate that is passionate about cooking and the provenance of produce, but crucially is really keen to learn and get involved with everything the restaurant and Estate have to offer. They also need a ready smile – we employ people for their passion, personality and attitude as well as their ability to learn. Own transport is essential as there is no public transport here.
Immediate start available, you will be part of the set up process getting involved with the preparations for the grand opening in January 2019.
