Are you looking to work within a vibrant, fast paced tech environment? We are looking for an apprentice to join our Customer Services team and support the sales team. You will be passionate about providing an amazing service to our highly valued customers and be comfortable with computers and using a variety of software, for which training will be provided. This is an exciting role for a confident, motivated individual to join an exciting, growing tech company.
We are recruiting for a Customer Service apprentice. The role will include dealing with customer queries, supporting the on-boarding of new clients, excel spreadsheet work and extensive use of our Stok.ly software, providing feedback to the developer team.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable dealing with people on the phone, comfortable with computer use and curious…. Always wanting to know more and to learn every day. We need a self starter, a problem solver.
Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone and have a high degree of self-motivation and drive. They will need to be proactive and professional and ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
Training will be provided in Microsoft office packages, salesforce CRM and our own software Stok.ly.
The candidate will develop skills in customer services, business administration and the ability to test, analyse and provide feedback to the developers on new feature releases in Stok.ly.
