Apprenticeship Details

A great opportunity has arisen to train as a Production Chef at the Cameron & Swan Tea Room in Ledbury.  The successful applicant will assist the  Head Cook with prep, cooking and plating of breakfasts and lunches. Making scones, cakes, tarts, slices and meringues, soups, coleslaws and dressings as required. Cooking off food items and recording temperatures and ensure safe storage.

You will also set up in the morning and clean down at the end of food service.

To start as soon as possible

Qualifications required : GCSE Maths and English grade 2 (grade E) and above or Functional Skills Level 1 or above. Desirable Grade 3 (D) or above. If you have a GSCE grade 2 -3 (E-D) or FS L1, You will have to undertake a short period of training and attempt your Level 2 in both Maths and English during your apprenticeship.
