Apprenticeship Details

A great opportunity has arisen to train as a Production Chef at The Cliffe Dinham in Ludlow.

Duties will include the following:

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes under tight time pressures
Diet and nutrition
Developing new dishes and menu creation
Managing a kitchen and leading a team
Ensuring ingredients are high quality and safe
Understanding how to maintain profit margins
Food safety and hygiene

Skills required: 

Working within a team

Personal Qualities:

Good sense of humor
Hardworking and a passion for food

To start as soon as possible

Qualifications required : GCSE Maths and English grade 2 (grade E) and above or Functional Skills Level 1 or above. Desirable Grade 3 (D) or above. If you have a GSCE grade 2 -3 (E-D) or FS L1, You will have to undertake a short period of training and attempt your Level 2 in both Maths and English during your apprenticeship.
