Apprenticeship Details

The job role would include be an introduction to financial tasks and duties including :

  •  Bookkeeping on Sage 50 including:
  •   bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
  • Posting of daily revenue transactions
  • Running of sales reports
  • Assistance in maintaining the stock records of the business.
  • Communication with suppliers and customers to build/maintain relationships
  • Undertake administrative tasks, such as photocopying, processing mail, maintaining filing systems and updating informatio
  •  Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with as necessary

There may also include some periods of time where front of house/reception cover would be required to cover leave or sickness.
