Apprenticeship Details

The Foundry Ludlow Garage is family-owned and community-based, founded in 2016. The company has four technicians on-site. Their industry experience and vast vehicle knowledge drive the team in providing the highest quality care for any make or model. They offer expert servicing, repairs, and fixed-price MOTs for manual, electric, and hybrid vehicles.

The role:

  • Answering customer service calls in a professional manner
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and social media
  • Handling customer queries and complaints ensuring satisfactory resolution
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are recorded accurately and professionally
  • Keeping customer personal information secure in accordance with GDPR
  • Achieving individual KPI’s and quality measurements
  • Maintaining high standards of accountability and professionalism at all times
  • Following company guidelines and procedures at all times.

Desired skills:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Desired qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 GCSE’s at grade C/4 or equivalent (English is desirable)
  • Hold level 1 English and Maths functional skills qualifications or can study to achieve this level upon completion of the apprenticeship

Future prospects?

  • On successful completion of the apprenticeship, this will lead into full-time employment with the ambition to manage this area of the business
