HLC's Professional Cookery Diplomas are aimed at employed chefs who wish to develop practical and creative skills whilst gaining a qualification.
The course features practical, hands-on teaching in a real working environment at the Hereford Campus's purpose-built training kitchen and Cider Orchard restaurant. Open to the public, staff and students, the restaurant and kitchens provide the perfect opportunity for your own professional development in the industry.
