DANCE-MX is a mix of different dance styles used to create a dance for fitness program. Within the session we aim to cross the style from Bollywood to Ballet, Street Jazz to Salsa or Contemporary to Tango! Each set of movement sequences will take on a different dance style jumping from one theme to the next to keep you all on your toes!
The session will include a 15 minute warm-up, 45 minute cardio and 30 minute cool down and stretch using yoga stretches and relaxation.
