DANCE-MX is a mix of different dance styles used to create a dance for fitness program. The sessions cross dance styles from Bollywood to Ballet, Street Jazz to Salsa or Contemporary to Tango. Each session includes a 15 minute warm-up, 45 minute cardio and 30 minute cool-down and stretch using yoga stretches and relaxation.
