Temporary Admissions Officer

Salary: £16,664 - £17,860

We have a temporary vacancy in our busy Admissions team to cover absence until 20 September 2019 for an Admissions Officer who will be responsible for the day to day administration of enquiries, applications, interviews and offers for full, part time and short courses. Courses are delivered on the two HLC campuses as well as Ludlow College and various locations across the counties of Herefordshire and Shropshire.

We are seeking an experienced office administrator with a good eye for detail. Duties will include dealing with day to day enquiries, inputting computer/paper based application forms and liaising with faculty staff in connection with interviews and course offers. The successful candidate will also provide support, on a rota basis at open evenings, interview days/evenings and enrolment evenings both at Holme Lacy and Hereford campuses. Excellent communication and keyboard skills are essential.
