Herefordshire, Ludlow and North Shropshire College is a highly successful College with excellent outcomes for students, superb resources for learning and good financial health. The College operates from six main locations: Hereford, Holme Lacy, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Walford and Oswestry. We provide a diverse curriculum to 3,000 full-time and 10,000 part-time learners. This important position is an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to an already thriving College.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic curriculum manager and leader with an excellent teaching record. You will need to offer excellent teaching, learning and assessment experience; proven leadership and management skills; and be responsive to the current adult education expectations. Your role will include a 50% teaching timetable.
The curriculum provides courses for full time, part time, higher education and apprenticeship students. There is an expectations that the curriculum will grow to include further Adult Education courses, working in conjunction with other college managers to provide appropriate courses. You will also contribute to cross-College developments through the Operational Management Team.
A qualified teacher with a successful track record in education, and relevant professional experience, you will have a passion for inspiring and supporting learners, and the leadership skills to achieve outstanding success.
The post holder will be based at our Hereford campus.
