Under the direction of the Deputy Principal, the post holder will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the quality of a range of FE and HE key performance indicators, the quality of teaching and learning across the college and to work with managers and teachers to implement robust quality assurance, quality monitoring, improvement and intervention strategies.

The post will be based on the Hereford Campus. Regular on-site presence is required at the other college campuses. Other campuses include Holme Lacy, Ludlow, The Gateway – Shrewsbury and Walford.

The post will be 37 hours per week – full year, but we will consider term-time (40 weeks) on request.
