We are seeking to appoint the following post:

Graphic Design and Deputy Head of Marketing 

0.8 FTE, 52 weeks per year

Salary Grade SO2, spine point 32 - £29,749 (pro-rata)
In addition, Employer pension contribution of £4736 per year
Total annual holiday entitlement of 38 days (pro-rata)
(rising to 43 (pro-rata) after 5 years service)

This role gives you an exciting opportunity to work as part of a small, friendly and specialist marketing team. The post holder will work proactively to increase engagement and maximise student recruitment through print and digital marketing.   

The post holder will deputise for the Head of Marketing and work closely with them to deliver the College’s strategic marketing plan and annual calendar.  Based at our Shropshire Campuses you will be the 'go-to' person for digital media ensuring the College is fully represented on a wide range of platforms reaching our internal and external customer base. Fluency in digital marketing techniques and social media engagement is essential.   

As well as demonstrating a marketing flair, the successful candidate will need a good eye for detail, excellent communication skills, accurate copy writing skills and the ability to work confidently within college branding guidelines.
