Position Details

We are seeking to appoint the following post: 
Graphic Designer   
1 FTE, 52 weeks per year 
Salary £30,749 - £32,513 
In addition, Employer pension contribution of between £6,119 to £6,470 per year  
Total annual holiday entitlement of 38 days (rising to 43 after 5 years service) 
This role gives you an exciting opportunity to work as part of a small, friendly and specialist marketing team. The post holder will work as a proactive and supportive member of the Marketing Team whose aim is to increase engagement and secure student recruitment across varied target audiences through print and digital marketing.    
The post holder will work closely with the Head of Marketing to achieve the Colleges strategic and operational marketing plan.  Based at our Shropshire/Ludlow Campuses you will be the 'go-to' person for design, demonstrating a marketing flair.  
The successful candidate will need a good eye for detail, excellent communication skills, accurate copy writing skills and the ability to work confidently within college branding guidelines. The post holder will be primarily responsible for all of the college graphic design needs, fluency in digital marketing techniques and social media engagement is also desirable.
