Part time French Tutor
£22.27 to £24.50 per hour dependent upon qualifications and experience
(inc. holiday pay)
As part of our Adult & Community Learning programme of short courses, we are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational part-time tutor of French to join our experience team of excellent language tutors at the Folly Lane campus, Hereford.
Classes run on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings for 10 weeks each term (2 hours per week). All courses run subject to a minimum enrolment target.
French is a popular subject at the college with the local community. Learners come for many reasons including the enjoyment of learning a new language, brushing up on skills for a holiday and making new friends. Classes are aimed at various levels of ability. Students are adults ranging from 19 to 90+ years of age!
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of the
subject and credible experience as a practitioner. They should possess
excellent communication and organisational skills and have a passion for sharing their subject with others.
